Which treatment would be best for me?
- You can browse our services online by skin concern to get an idea of the services we provide.
- The best thing to do is book a $0, no obligation, skin consultation where we will provide one-on-one advice for your specific skin concerns. Our NEW Skin IQ technology can provide indepth analysis of your skin health and underlying conditions that may not be obvious with the naked eye.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
- It depends! Appointments that are longer or require specific technology should typically be booked at least a week or two in advance.
- Any group bookings or appointments that are 2 hours or longer should be booked at least 4 weeks in advance in order to ensure a time slot.
- The further in advance you book, the options you will have in terms of time slots- evenings and weekends tend to fill up quickly.

Where are you located/Where do I park?
HALIFAX
- Our Halifax location is located at 5657 Spring Garden Road, inside the Park Lane Mall on Retail Level 2.
- We do recommend leaving extra time for this. There is a parkade attached to the mall which you can enter from Dresden Row.
DARTMOUTH
- Located in Dartmouth Crossing at 156 Hector Gate (next to ELA restaurant & LLBean) Ample FREE parking is available.
BEDFORD
- Our Bedford location is at 84 Hogan Court off Larry Uteck Blvd. We share a parking lot with the SuperStore. Ample FREE parking is available.
How do your promos/pop up work?

Products and Services can be purchased at any point while the promo is on.

Purchases can be processed in-store, by phone, or online

Once you have purchased, you can use your pre-paid services at any point within 1 year from the date of purchase. All services expire 12 months from date of purchase.

Whenever you’re ready to use your services, just book an appointment at your preferred location.
If I book an appointment how far in advance do I need to cancel?
- We have a 24 hour MINIMUM cancellation policy
- Any day-of cancellations, including no-shows, may result in a $25+ cancellation fee (depending on the length of the cancelled appointment).
Can I do my consultation and treatment on the same day?

For services like facials, it is absolutely ok to do the treatment right after the consultation

For technology services we do need to do a consultation in advance in order to ensure that you are a candidate and that you understand the pre/post care for the treatment
I didn’t know my services expired 12 months from date of purchase, can I still use it?
- In the case that a client gets pregnant we can put your package on hold for 12-18 months
How much hair do I need to have before waxing?

Typically you should stop shaving 2 weeks before a wax

Waxes should be done approximately 4-6 weeks apart, depending on individual hair growth

Avoid having too long of hairs as this can make waxing difficult and uncomfortable
How many sessions of laser hair removal are required?
- Most clients will require 6-8 treatments to achieve a good clearing of any body areas.
