Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below.
Change or Cancellation Policy
We require:
- a MINIMUM 24-hour notice for single appointments
- 48-hour notice for multiple appointments and groups over 2 guests
Late and No-Shows
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, as you may have to fill out a health history form and we do not want to take the time away from your actual appointment to complete it.
If you are late, we will charge a minimum of $25 up to the full amount of the service depending on the service provided. We will do our best to complete your service in the allotted time remaining. We respectfully will not delay the next guest that is scheduled.
Minimum Age
- Children under age 12 are not permitted in the spa unsupervised. They may not accompany an adult into a treatment room nor be left unattended in the waiting area.
- Massage: Age 18 unless a parent is present during the appointment
- Laser hair removal: Age 16 but parental consent is required if under 18

Laser Appointments
- Hair free skin is a must! Please shave thoroughly 1 or 2 days before your appointment.
- Don’t use sunless tanners for at least 7 days before your treatment.
- Sun exposure is a no-no when it comes to laser. If you have had sun exposure, please reschedule your appointment for when the tan is no longer active. Please call us at (902)429-6611 for clarification.
Pre Paid Packages
- If a client has a pre paid package and does not attend their appointment or reschedules without adequate notice, the treatment missed will be redeemed & counted towards their package.
- All pre paid packages & services EXPIRE 12 MONTHS from date of purchase.
- All pre paid packages purchased online & in-store are non-refundable.
